Deal Headshot Damage to opponents

Harvest building resources with a pickaxe

Battle Pass Challenges

Search Chests in Lonely Lodge

Complete timed trials

Minigun or Light Machine Gun Eliminations

How to complete the timed trials challenge

The beginning of a time trial is represented by a floating blue clock and you need to activate it to start the task.

When the challenge begins more floating clock timer symbols will appear and you will need to reach all of them before the time runs out in order to complete the challenge.

You will need to do this for five different time trials to finish the task and some will require you to build to reach the timers while others may need you to use jump pads or an ATK to complete it in time.

Here are the locations that we know of so far where you can complete the task, we will update the list if more are found.

  • You can find one of the time trials to the east of Retail Row.
  • Lonely Lodge has a time trial on the roof of a wooden cottage.
  • There is a time trial on the empty field south east of Junk Junction.
  • The river north of Tomato Town has a time trial.
  • Paradise Palms has a time trial towards the south near the lake at the end of the river.
  • The southern part of Snobby Shores has a time trial.
  • You can find a time trial between Shfity Shafts and Salty Springs.

How to complete the Stone Heads challenge

To complete this challenge players need to find all of the Stone Heads that are around the map and look at the direction they are facing to pinpoint where the Battle Star is.

We have circled all of the Stone Head locations in the map below showing the direction they are facing, and the blue circle shows where you need to go to find the Battle Star.

It is located in Salty Springs and if you head there and collect the Battle Star you have then completed the challenge.

What is in the Fortnite update?

This week isn’t a huge update for the game but it does introduce a new weapon and two limited time game modes.

The heavy sniper is a powerful weapon that does between 150-157 damage to players and an impressive 1050-1100 damage to buildings.

Players can find them as both Epic and Legendary items, but their high damage means that it takes a while to reload.

(Epic Games)

Soaring 50’s is one of the new limited time modes this week and it adds new twists to the popular 50vs50 mode by adding extra impulse grenades and launch pads to encourage more airborne tactics.

Players will also be able to deploy their glider when they are more than 10m up in the air.

Sniper Shootout also returns with the new Heavy Sniper include in the game mode while the Scoped Assault Rifle has been removed.

How to complete the clay pigeon shooting challenge

This challenges requires you to shoot a clay pigeon at five different locations.

To do this you just need to head to the locations around the map, interact with the object to release the clay pigeon and then shoot one of them.

Currently we know of six potential locations that you can use and have circled them in the map below.

  • There is a clay pigeon machine to the east of Loot Lake, not far from the small island.
  • Lonely Lodge has one in the far northern part of it out in the open and away from most of the trees.
  • Near the bridge that is east of Lazy Links you should be able to spot one of the clay pigeon shooters.
